What we collect
- Site and security data: our hosting service records requests, IP addresses, browser details, dates, requested pages and response codes for security and reliability.
- Your analytics choice: the site stores your accept or decline choice in your browser. If you accept, Google Analytics receives page and interaction data. Google Analytics is not loaded before you accept.
- Contact data: if you email us, we receive the information in your message and your email address.
- Historical order data: WooCommerce retains the contact, delivery and order information needed to support earlier purchases and meet accounting or legal duties. Payment providers handle card data; Doggo Art does not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
We use personal information to respond to you, support historical orders, keep the site secure, meet legal and accounting obligations, and—with your consent—understand which pages are useful. Our legal bases are consent, contract, legal obligation and our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website, depending on the activity.

Relevant providers can include Opalstack for hosting and email, Google Analytics for consented measurement, WooCommerce for historical order records, Stripe for historical payment records and Printful for historical production and delivery records. Those providers process information under their own terms and may process it outside the UK using appropriate transfer safeguards.
Cookies and local storage
Essential WordPress or WooCommerce storage may be used for security and site operation. Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose “Accept analytics”. You can change that choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer.
How long we keep information
Hosting logs are kept for a short operational period. Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up. Order and transaction records are retained for the periods required for customer support, accounting, tax and legal obligations.
